1. Оптимальное соотношение цена-качество,бесплатная парковка. В декабре в отеле шел небольшой ремонт,но на отдыхе это не отразилось.Хороший чистый бассейн.
2. i was looking for a hotel near phuket international hospital where i had my cosmetic procedures, so when i found this hotel and good deal for it on agoda, i went for it. we did stay at executive suite (cost us aprx only) and our room was big and so new and well decorated with bright colours furniture and big tv, big bathroom; swimming pool right at our door, nice breakfast and very polite staff. keyless entry to the room with security card; free internet.
it is also 10 min walk from central festival shopping mall, which is one of the biggest shoping centres of phuket, where you can go to cinema or have a meal.
there are few seven/eleven type of shops around hotel for convenience; few cafes. the best part for me was its location in phuket town, right opposite the back of the hospital, where many foreigners come for cosmetic, dental and reproductive operations and procedures.
points i did not like: hardish bed (but very new!), which can be my own impression as i had procedures done on my body so might be too sensitive? but i did not feel it at other hotels.
do not like curtains instead of a door at our bathroom. i did not like idea my teenager daughter walking in while i am on the toilet or naked in the shower.
3. when we arrived at reception they had no record of our reservation as they were full and should of been accepting any more bookings (we had booked that morning but agoda shouldn"t have put it through!). the manageress was very apologetic and managed to find us a room (somehow). once we had got to the room our phone rang and the manager was offering us an upgrade, as an apology for the inconvenience , to a room that had just been finished which should have been double the price! even if we had stayed in the original room it was sufficient with everything you need. restaurant on site is very nice and quite cheap as well. pool is nice and gets sun most of the day. i would stay here again.
